It summarizes the main types, operation status, basic characteristics and the successful experience of the service model of the in- tegration of physical activity and primary health care in the United States, Germany and Japan. On this basis, it finds the development dilemma of the service model of the integration of physical activity and primary health care in China, and proposes the solution strate- gies. It is found that the concept of physical-medical integration in China needs to be improved and the barriers are dependent; there are gaps in the policy and the top-level design needs to be improved; personnel training system needs to be strengthened, and there are shortcomings in the training system. It is suggested that the top-level design should be optimized as a foothold to ensure policy im- plementation; the concept of integration should be strengthened as an entry point to stimulate the initiative of the masses; and the training of talents should be strengthened as a basic point to provide a source of service.
