Objective: To analyze the development status and trends of inclusive voluntary health insurance (IVHI) in China and provide references for its sustainable development. Methods: The information on IVHI in China from 2021 to 2022 was systematical- ly collected. The development trends of its security capability and security level were analyzed using the comparative analysis method. Results: The coverage of IVHI in China is rapidly expanding, and the security capability is getting better. The prerequisites for ob- taining compensation are being relaxed and the range of services that are covered is increasing. The average deductible remains un- changed, the average reimbursement ratio is decreased, and the comprehensive cap line is raised. Conclusion: Nowadays, in the de- velopment of IVHI, it needs to give attention to the sustainability of participation and the stability of security treatment.
