Objective: Through analyzing the current situation of the existence form and value measurement of hospital data，the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the value of hospital data resources. Methods: The comparison and trend analysis of the information system investment of the sample hospitals for 6 consecutive years are made to put forward the visual analysis of the contents of the hospital information system construction. Results: The investment in hospital informatization increased year by year，with an average increase of 32 %，mainly with self-raised funds. After the construction of a single management information system to an information platform，the hospital informatization is developing rapidly towards digitalization and intelligence. Due to the complex data structure，a wide range of data involved，no unified data system，and the lack of data governance investment，it is difficult to improve the value of data resources. Conclusion: In the process of data management，hospitals should further improve the concept and technical level of data management，strengthen the construction of hospital data center，do a good job in the information construction of hospital operation and management，improve the supervision mechanism of data audit，and improve the availability，availability and security of data. Hospital financial personnel should actively explore and clarify the costs and benefits of data resources，protect the existing data resources to the maximum extent，enhance the value of hospital data resources，so as to realize the continuous improvement of the comprehensive strength of the hospital，and lay a solid data foundation for the high-quality development of the hospital.
