Objective: To explore the equity and efficiency of village health resources allocation in order to provide references for improving the equity and efficiency of village health resources allocation. Methods: Descriptive statistical analysis，data envelopment analysis，Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve were used to analyze the equity and efficiency of village health resource allocation in 7 geographical regions in China in 2020. Results: Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient showed that the equity of village health resources distribution by population was better than that by geographical distribution in 2020. The results of data envelopment analysis showed that the differences of village health resource allocation efficiency were significant in North China，Northeast China，East China，central China，South China，Southwest China and Northwest China. Conclusion: In 2020，the equity of village health resources allocation by geography was poor. There was a shortage of nurses in village clinics，and the allocation fairness was poor. The allocation efficiency of village health resources varied greatly among regions，and the efficiency was low in some regions. The equity and efficiency of different regions varied greatly. The precise policies were implemented to improve the equity and efficiency according to the actual situation of different regions.
