Through the formal survey and typical area survey on the National Basic Public Health Service Program, it is found that the National Basic Public Health Service Program has established a perfect organization and management system, a clear mechanism of division of labor and collaboration, and a stable mechanism of funding growth, and the service content has been continuously enriched, the service provision has become more refined, and the residents' sense of access has been improved. It is recommended to further improve relevant policies, establish a demand-oriented dynamic adjustment mechanism for basic public health service programs; study cost-based service standard measurement methods and develop operation manuals; provide refined and personalized services; and accelerate the role of intelligent means to help.
