In recent years, China's medical equipment has been constantly updated and diversified. However, the average allocation of medical equipment is still idle and surplus, while the medical equipment is in short supply. In order to save costs, integrate medical resources and improve the use efficiency and service space of medical equipment, it takes a hospital in Chaoyang district of Beijing as the breakthrough point, and makes in-depth exploration on the integration of medical equipment among in Chaoyang Hospitals, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in line with the practical difficulties encountered in sharing medical resources. First of all, the financial allocation process of hospital medical equipment should be refined, and equipment suitable for sharing should be selected according to the actual situation, so as to achieve the effects of controlling the cost of medical resources. Secondly, the medical equipment invested by the government should be rectified to achieve the effects of integrating resources and distribution balance.
