Objective: To construct a multi-factor pricing model for industrial injury rehabilitation service projects with price orientation as the core. Methods: Based on the social average cost method, the concept and technology of RBRVS were introduced to research the cost calculation methods of five industrial injury rehabilitation service projects. Results: According to the frequency of industrial injury rehabilitation service projects and the prediction of industrial injury rehabilitation fund in the comprehensive sample hospitals, the characteristics were calculated and compensated based on the unified standard of social average cost. It is suggested to adopt the standardized social average cost pricing method to formulate the project price. Conclusion: The pricing of medical service projects based on social average cost can make the labor consumption of the same kind of goods and services measured and compensated according to a unified scale, and provide a basis for the price adjustment of industrial injury rehabilitation service projects and the reform of payment standards.
