Abstract:With the help of information technology, public hospitals are able to strengthen human resource management of "automation, intelligence and refinement" by means of more abundant and modern technology. Taking the target hospital as an example, combined with the requirements of hospital human resource management, it builds a standardized unified, decision-making support, full participation, flexible expansion and effective integration of human resources management and control platform construction path and experience, so as to provide references for the construction of public hospital human resource management information platform.
