Analysis on the Health Human Resource Allocation in Guangxi Based on the Hierarchical Diagnosis System/ZHOU Ye-ling, LAN Xiang-jie, LI Shi-xue et al.//Chinese Health Economics,
Objective: From the perspective of advancing the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis system, comparative analysis on the health human resource allocation situation and problems of hospitals and grassroots medical institutions in Guangxi, and put forward policy Suggestions. Methods: Analyzed and discussed the health human resource allocation situation of hospitals and grassroots health institutions in Guangxi from 2013 to 2017. Results: The health human resources of hospitals and grassroots medical institutions in Guangxi are on the rise. There were large gaps in terms of quantity,record of formal schooling and professional title of health professionals between the hospitals and grassroots medical institutions in Guangxi. Advantage resources are still to the hospital together. Conclusion: The health human resource allocation in guangxi were not adapted to the needs of the hierarchical diagnosis system. It is suggested that government should guide the health human resources flow to the grassroots through increasing the grassroots health human resource supply, reforming grassroots medical personnel salary system, and accelerating the reform of the medical association.
