The compensation of public hospitals in medical reform pilot area was adjusted from three modes including medical service charge, drug additional revenue and government subsidies to two modes including medical service charge and government subsidies. In order to promote public hospital establish a new mechanism and modern hospital management system to maintain public welfare, mobilize enthusiasm and ensure sustainable, the present compensation mechanism of public hospitals need further improve and practice, which would contribute to the overall promotion of China’’s health care reform.
