The combination of Medical-nursing and Care service is an important measure to cope with the aging of the population, and it is also one of the important contents of the study of the old-age security system in China. This paper briefly introduces the conception of the combination of Medical-nursing and Care service, analyzes the existing problems of the combination of Medical-nursing and Care service based on the survey data and policy implementation, and institutional analysis is made on it, finally put forward to thinking and suggestions.
