In order to improve the patient flow, various explorations of different extend have been carried out in different places in China. However, the result was poor. This article tries to provide some suggestions for the promotion of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system by analyzing and evaluating the service path from the point of inpatient service in township and county hospitals of Rural Area.
