Objective: Analysis of diabetic patients in hospital cost structure and influencing factors, to provide a basis for effectively controlling the economic burden of diabetic patients. Methods: Using random sampling method selected 1391 patients with diabetes, with the help of multiple regression analysis, factors may influence the cost of diabetic patients in the hospital.Results: Hospitalization days and presence of complications were main factors influencing the cost of diabetic patients in the hospital.Conclusion: Standard medical staff medical behavior, shorten the average patient such confinement, strengthen health education, prevention of complications can effectively control the patient hospitalization expense unreasonable growth, reduce the economic burden of patients.
