With the deepening reform of health care system, the value of technical treatment is becoming more and more important. Based on the principle of “optimizing the price” structure, this study considered the differences of medical quality, and put forward the opinions on flexible charging mechanism, which designed to conform to the national spirit of the reform and to improve the medical charging mechanism.
