The formation mechanism of medical service price has always been one of the important contents of the new medical reform. This study is based on the perspective of social welfare maximization, that is, consider the patients, medical institutions, the Government tripartite win-win situation, using the first-line information of the survey, in the non-insurance side participation and insurance to participate in pricing, demand and demand uncertainty conditions, building Stackelberg game pricing model to determine the optimal price, to sum up the scientific pricing mechanism of medical services for future medical service price reform to provide a reference.
