Abstract Goals : to explore the management and accounting of key specialty construction projects, and to improve the efficiency of project funds. Methods: according to the literature search, the paper focuses on the study of the problems in the work of declaration, implementation, fund management, accounting, acceptance and evaluation. Results: to standardize the project management and accounting of key clinical specialties. Conclusion: to improve the construction business process of key specialty projects and strengthen the management of key specialty construction projects.
