Abstract:Objective: Through evaluating the health care service of urban health life in the Pearl River Delta region, analyzing the operation situation in this area, suggestions about urban health life construction are provided for local government. Methods: The evaluation index system of health care service of urban health life is constructed from the angle of per capita, and the AHP-TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the cities in the Pearl River delta based on the data from statistical yearbook. Results: There are three levels of health care service of urban health life in Pearl River delta, and large imbalance in the allocation of medical resources and medical input are existed. Shenzhen and Dongguan are in the first level; Zhaoqing, Huizhou, Guangzhou and Jiangmen are in the second level; Foshan, Zhongshan and Zhuhai are in the third level. Conclusion: The government should increase the allocation of medical resources in the cities of second and third levels. At the same time, pay attention to coordinate the proportion of medical resources and medical funds in order to promote the overall development of urban health services.
