Objective: This paper is to provide an analysis of the hospitalization expense effects for non-operative lung cancer patients and aims to provide the evidence on lightening the economic burden of patients.Methods: The paper presents the complete survey on seventy-nine patients. Results: It is acknowledged that the average of hospitalization expense is RMB71,433.79; By the Grey Relational Analysis, the top three expense came from nursing, treatment and medical expenses.Conclusion： The lightening patients economic burden for keeping sustained, healthy and steady development of hospital depends on the establishment of patient-oriented medical insurance policy integrated commercial insurance, model building for daytime chemotherapy and adjustment of commission which could reflect the labor value for medical care personnel.
