By the comprehensive research of the transitional period of DRG implementation in German, France and Taiwan region, this paper analyzed the changes of the grouping, relative weight, base rate, hospital amount, version update and cost condition during transitional period, summarized the characteristics of each countries and regions, in order to provide the reference and experiences for DRG implementation in China.
