Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between medical insurance expenditure and total health expenditure in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Methods: Selecting the relevant data (2009-2014) in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as a sample, to analysis the relationship between health care expenditure and total health expenditure with three kinds of method: Grey relative correlation model, Grey absolute correlation model, Grey comprehensive correlation model; Specifically, there are four types of relationship: (1) medical security expenditure and the total health expenses; (2) government health care expenditure and the total health expenses analysis; (3) health expenditure of social medical insurance and the total health expenses; (4) health expenditure analysis of commercial medical insurance and the total health expenses. Results: from the result of total health expenditure of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the correlation of government health expenditure is higher than the correlation of social health expenditure; from the result of medical insurance fund of the I nner Mongolia Autonomous Region, basic medical insurance fund for urban residents and the new rural cooperative medical insurance fund are relatively high; from the result of per capita health care consumption and personal cash the expenditure, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region medical expenditure related degree order from large to small: personal health expenditure of rural residents, per capita consumption of health care, urban residents per capita consumption of health care. Conclusion: the structure of total health expenditure is becoming more and more reasonable, and the proportion of government medical insurance expenditure is increasing day by day, and the individual cash hygiene expenditure of residents is still relatively high.
