Objective:To analyze the utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine service in Beijing. Methods: Case summary method based on proportionality coefficient. Results：Traditional Chinese Medicine service develop slowly and the average growth rate of total Chinese medicine expenditure is growing slower than total health expenditure. Primary medical institutions use more TCM service but glow slower. Conclusion: More support should be given to TCM. The resources of TCM in primary medical institutions should be strengthened.
