Objective According to the fertility policy adjustment ,to understand the maternity beds allocation,service supply and utilization status,rational allocation of maternity beds to supply some suggestions. Methods Through questionnaire survey to obtain data of maternity beds ,gay system model(GM1.1) is used to predict the number of births in the past five years,health service demand method is used to calculate resource allocation of maternity beds . Results the existing total of maternity beds do not meet demand services ,supply and demand ratio less than 1,in 2017－2021.Conclusions the rational allocation and utilization of maternity beds should be strengthened in primary health care institutions
