Objective To analyze the changes of hospital operation before and after the reform of public hospitals in Jiangxi province. Methods：The annual financial data from 2012 -2016 in Jiangxi province in 175 public hospitals in the county, through descriptive statistics and comparative analysis methods, analysis of medical reform policies affect the operation of public hospitals in the county and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to positive effect on Jiangxi province will be fully open for the city public hospital reform.
