Abstract Objective To analyze the general condition，medical expenses，influence factors of expenses on CHD in Beijing to provide reference for management and control of disease expenses. Methods One-way ANOVA, multiple linear regression and decision tree analysis. Results (1) The average age of CHD outpatient and inpatient was 65.23 and 67.47 years. (2) The average expenses of outpatients is 598.60 RMB per time, of which 85.21% is drug expenses. (3) The average expenses of inpatients is 25,422.06 RMB per time, of which more than 70% are expenses of drug and hygienic material. The average length of stay is 8.35. (4) Length of stay, age, hospital, number of complication, gender are the main factors influencing the expenses of inpatients with AMI. (5) The decision tree model divided the inpatients with AMI into 13 groups, and the expenses is different between each group. Conclusion Strengthen the prevention and treatment of CHD, control the trend of getting younger. The expenses of medicine and hygienic material is the main source of disease burden in patients with CHD. By shortening length of stay, paying attention to disease prevention, and promoting clinical pathway are vital means to control excessive growth of CHD expenses.
