Contractual community medical service is a focus of establishing grading diagnosis and treatment system, reasonable financing mechanism is the key to the effective operation of the contractual community medical service. It is particularly important to explore the improvement of financing mechanism in the government, community hospital, contract residents and other stakeholders?in community health care fund bottleneck constraints. This paper analyzes the dilemma and the main focus of the game of financing interests of the current contractual community medical financing mechanism. It is considered that the financing mechanism can be improved by means of diversified financing channels, scientific financing standards, reasonable overall arrangement, efficient capital regulation and so on.
