Abstract:Objective: In order to solve the existing main problems about fixed assets management in public hospitals: how to visible, how to manage, how to transfer, how to calculate. On the basis of the problem, this paper put forward lean management of fixed assets upon building space to explore lean management of fixed assets in public hospitals. Methods: Guided by the idea of lean management, through matching building space and location of fixed assets by bar code technology. Results: Dividing the building space units and unifying coding rules, building construction unit space database, making and pasting labels, developing new inventory system, building an information platform for fixed assets management and improve the management regulations are the six parts of the mode. Conclusion: Through these basic works, it is easy to get the location information of the fixed assets. Also, it is better to build a information platform of fixed assets to achieve dynamic process management.
