Motivation: To analyze whether medical insurance and environment protective behavior can alleviate the influence of environmental pollutions on individual s’ health status? Methods: Using the data of CGSS(2010) to do the empirical analysis. Results: Environmental pollutions have negative impac t on residents’ health status . Among which, emissions of industrial dust and sulfur dioxide have a significant negative influence. Meanwhile, residents’ environment protective behaviors and medical insurance can alleviate such effects. For the reason of relatively lack of environment protective consciousness and uncompleted medical insurance ，those who have relatively low education level and old people cannot effectively alleviate the damage s brought by environmental pollutions.
