Primary health comprehensive reform is the important part of medical and health system reform. This article showed the innovation and typical cases of primary health comprehensive reform by field research and qualitative data.P rimary health comprehensive reform covered various reforms, for examples, to perfect the financial compensation mechanism, to innovate the establishment management, to deepen the personnel system, to perfect the performance evaluation mech anism, to promote the contract based service of general practitioner, to streng then the construction of talent team, to stabilize and opitimize village doctors team, etc. This articl also offered some suggestions according to the mainly problems of primary health comprehensive reform.
