objective The study takes the characteristics of spatial agglomeration of health resources in 21 cities of Guangdong province, to provide reference for the rational allocation of health resources in the area. Method structures the evaluation index system the characteristics of health resources agglomeration via 10 secondary indexes of medical human resources, medical service facilities and medical service benefits , comfirms index balance and health resource agglomeration level by Entropy TOPSIS method, evaluates the spatial difference of health resources in different regions Guangzhou province by GIS. Result Million yuan of equipment, housing construction area and practicing (Assistant) physicians have an important impact on the level of health resources in Guangdong Province. Shenzhen and Guangzhou health resource agglomeration index more than 0.6, Shanwei, Yunfu, Yangjiang, Heyuan and Chaozhou health resource index less than 0.1,The Pearl River Delta region is higher than the eastern, Western and northern regions. Conclusion The situation of medical resources agglomeration in Guangdong province shows the characteristics of polarization and regional disparity. Suggests that , make scientific and regional health planning, strengthen the health human resources training and relax the medical and health access threshold, To reduce health disparities between regions.
