There are several methods to calculate Gini coefficient(GC). A simple one developed by Jianhua Zhang was selected to evaluate the fairness of the sencond performance distribution in our hospital. It was found that Zhang’s method gave the management some benefits to control the structure and level of the second performance distribution.
