Objective By discussing the method of performance management of large medical equipment in hospital to strengthen the scientific management of medical equipment. Methods 13 large medical equipments in a large hospital were selected as samples, and the economic efficiency analysis method and comprehensive evaluation method were used to carry out performance management of medical equipment. Results 10 sets of medical equipment are good economic returns, the remaining two sets of equipment due to lack of business, lack of qualification, have a greater degree of loss. Conclusion Performance management of large medical equipment will help change the efficiency management of equipment from extensive to "fine" management.
