Interaction originated from the sociology and economics, emphasizing the bidirectional function and influence of all or both subjects. In the field of medical and health services, however, the researchers pay more attention to division and cooperation, which is based on function and responsibility of the medical institutions, instead of the study on interaction among the hierarchical medical institutions. Based on the theory of integration and system, the construction of the virtuous interaction among the hierarchical medical institutions in rural areas will be one of the effective approaches to health service continuity and accessibility.
