Research and practice on Human resource for Health Planning in China has been 30 years, it is necessary to summarize theories and available international experiences. This article summarized main models, and computerized tools among international applications. And some valuable experience on HRH planning, which according to national conditions, were put forward finally in order to guide the future practice in China.
