Abstract:Abstract Objective: To analyze the change after the pilot reform of the county-level public hospital in Liaoning Province. Methods: Chose the data of the first batch of 11 pilot hospitals in 2012, Contrasting and analyzing the impact on the revenue and expenditure for the reform in the county-level public hospital by the way of descriptive statistics analysis and t-tests. Results: The pilot hospital reduced the drug revenue ratio, optimized the income structure, and the total income is not reduced, but the amount of indebtedness grew rapidly. Conclusion: After the reform, the economic situation of pilot hospitals are operating smoothly on the whole, drug income ratio has been declined, and financial compensation has been increased. However, it brings a great financial pressure to those hospitals, the cancelling drug price addition is not completely and so on.
