Through analyzing the experience that Sanming, Chongqing, Fujian have introduced or implemented payment standard policies in our country, this paper points that it’s necessary to establish medical insurance payment standard based on the idea of classical management, classify the payment standard group, choose appropriate method to establish payment standard, establish the dynamic adjustment mechanism of drug price system, and resolve the problem of balance of ownership and burden, thus improving allocative efficiency of health resources.
